This course helps brokers, managers, and team leaders understand how New Jersey licensing laws impact team management, advertising oversight, Code of Ethics compliance, and fair housing responsibilities. Learn how to supervise effectively, reduce risk, and protect your license, your business, and the consumers you serve. This course fulfills the NJREC Continuing Education Ethics Units, but does not fulfill the NAR Code of Ethics Requirement.
