Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga, a yoga experience for all levels, whether you choose to sit, stand, or take it to the floor, with power options, meets weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15 am at the Main Branch. Equipment is provided. Leader Traci Melgar has been a certified Silver Sneakers instructor since 1993 and has taught many formats of fitness over the past 30 years in Nelson County. She held the first available Silver Sneakers Certification in 2005, and has held all available Silver Sneakers Certifications since, along with Personal Training and Aging Fitness Specialist Certifications. Traci wants to share her love of health through safe posture and movement to sustain and maintain mobility, through the ages, as we age.
