Action Fiction! Stories Performed Returns

We had such an enthusiastic response to our last two Action Fiction! shows—and fielded so many questions about when we’d do another—that it’s time. Action Fiction! returns Sunday, October 25! Action Fiction! is a live literary performance series where local actors bring short fiction by contemporary writers off the page and into the room. Expect surprising voices, strange stories, and the magic that happens when writers hand their work to performers with no strings attached. When & Where We always start on time! FREE ADMISSION · RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDED: Action Fiction! via ThunderTix But why? Great writing deserves to come alive in the room. Let’s admit it: great writers are not always great performers. But when compelling actors take on a story, the words become something else entirely. Readings should feel like war and love happening in front of you, not a museum exhibit. By pairing original literary voices with compelling performers, Action Fiction! creates a live experience unlike anything else in Bellingham.
