Wine 101 Class: Red River

Join us in our Red River tasting room for Wine 101, a relaxed and informative class designed to make wine easier—and more fun—to understand. Hosted by our Hospitality Manager John, who also assists with winemaking, this class gives you an insider’s perspective. The class takes place from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM on July 17th. You’ll start with a quick, engaging breakdown of how wine is made, including the real differences between red and white wines, dry vs. sweet styles, and what oak actually does to flavor. From there, John will walk you through tasting method that helps you confidently describe what you’re smelling and tasting—no “right answers” required.
