Part of NEMPAC’s collaborative Artist Series, The Millennial Ball by Atelier Belt is a celebration of iconic millennial culture through musical theatre repertoire, costumes, and a healthy dose of nostalgia. Whether you’re a Heather, a Booger, or a “full-on Monet,” this one-of-a-kind concert invites audiences to dress up, embrace their inner millennial, and join in the fun. With a costume competition to crown the most “millennial” audience member, the evening promises plenty of laughs, playful throwbacks, and opportunities to participate. Don’t worry, you won’t be slimed (or Carrie’d)—but there might just be a participation trophy waiting for you. XOXO… About Atelier Belt Atelier Belt is a musical theatre collective bringing concert performances of theatrical works to intimate settings, revitalizing cabaret in the metro-Boston area while creating a platform for local artists. With a thoughtful approach to programming, Atelier Belt curates performances that blend artistic expression with personal and critical themes, encouraging reflection and meaningful conversation between artists and audiences. Through The Millennial Ball, the collective celebrates the music, movies, fashion, and cultural touchstones that defined a generation, transforming millennial nostalgia into an interactive theatrical experience where everyone is invited to be part of the show.
