When and Where June 10-15 at Willow Bend Center of the Arts (Plano) We will start around 9 am and end around 7 pm each day, except Wednesday times are 5:00PM-9:30PM. Times will depend on college availability. About the Intensive This intensive (Wednesday evening-Sunday) will prepare these students for auditions required for entrance into college performing arts programs. The intensive will consist of masterclasses taught by industry professionals, collegiate professors and representatives from top schools.  GRADE LEVEL SPECIFICATION: Rising 10-12th grade students are able to participate fully in the intensive weekend. Students who are rising 9-10th grade students may attend the weekend as an observer (participating in certain workshops).  Audition Requirement ALL participants must submit an AUDITION FORM before being accepted into the intensive.  A PRE-SCREEN AUDITION will be required for anyone who has not participated in a Collegiate Pursuits production. Audition is NOT required for students who have been cast in a Collegiate Pursuits production. VIDEO audition prescreens will happen on a rolling basis starting January 2025. Complete the AUDITION FORM at your earliest convenience. You will send your audition video in with this form. You will hear within 5 business days whether you are denied, accepted, or placed on a preferential waitlist. VIDEOS will not be accepted after May 31 or when the intensive is full, whichever happens first.  Video audition prescreens are not required for observation students. Pre-Screen Material: 1-minute monologue from a play and a 1-minute musical theatre song. Performance Students – 10-12 Graders $600 ($500 Early Bird until April 7) Grades 10-12. Personalized weekend intensive participation for those students who are interested in pursuing acting or musical theatre (acting, singing, dancing) for collegiate education. Focus will be on all three parts of the audition process. Students who are only auditioning for acting programs will be able to participate in musical theatre focused workshops as well.  Young and Eager – 9-10 Graders $250 ($200 Early Bird until April 8) Grades 9-10.
