Inclusive Meetings That Work: Online, hybrid and neuro-inclusive meeting practice

The second session focuses on how to make meetings more inclusive, engaging and effective in practice, particularly in online and hybrid environments. Participants will explore how different brains, communication styles and access needs affect meeting participation. We will look at how to create psychological safety, reduce pressure to perform, support quieter voices, and design meetings where people can contribute in more than one way. This session will also cover practical online meeting facilitation, including managing energy, using chat and interaction well, building in pauses, supporting decision-making, and helping meetings end with clarity.
