Connecting Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s 1963 “I Have a Dream” speech to today’s landscape around voting rights, Evans will share his vision for renewed community engagement across King County, including education, criminal justice, district-based leadership, and voter participation ahead of the midterm elections.
