Merry Making: Holiday Card Edition with Lines in Time

Holiday cards are a pleasure to open, and a tall stack of them waiting to be addressed at the kitchen table can feel like a very different thing. This season, Heidi of Lines in Time is bringing her Merry Making sessions to Oblation, turning that stack into a morning (or morning) spent in good company.Start by stopping into the shop to choose the cards you'd like to send this year. Oblation letterpress holiday cards are designed and printed here in our Pearl District shop, and you'll find them alongside a wide selection of seasonal cards and notecards. Then bring your cards, your address list, and a favorite pen to a two-hour session with light refreshments and easy conversation.Heidi will guide you through message prompts, practical addressing tools to keep your envelopes in order, and ideas for adding a personal touch to each card without writing a full letter in every one. A few playful challenges along the way help keep your pen moving. Whether you finish the whole stack or simply make a very good start, you'll leave feeling connected and a little ahead of the holidays.SessionsMorning: 11:00 am - 1:00 pmAfternoon: 3:30 pm - 5:30 pmHow to joinRegister for the morning or afternoon session through Lines in Time's website.Visit Oblation (or order online for in-store pick-up) before your session to choose and purchase your holiday cards.Bring your cards, your address list, and a favorite pen.Provided by Lines in Timemessage prompts and tips, addressing tools, andlight refreshments
