Smoking Bishop

“…over a Christmas bowl of Smoking Bishop, Bob!” —Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol Smoking Bishop returns to Sidewinder for an afternoon of warm drinks, good company, and fresh ideas for holiday entertaining. This year, we’re bringing the curiosity of our Flavor Lab to the punch bowl. Alongside the Dickens classic, we’ll explore new combinations of spirits, citrus, spices, and seasonal ingredients—from an easy warmer for friends who drop by on a cold evening to a festive punch worth gathering around. Taste along as we demonstrate the preparations, discuss what makes the flavors work, and share ideas you can make your own at home. A little tradition. A little discovery. Plenty of warmth to share.
