In this two-hour class, you’ll learn to make delicate (but durable) heirloom-worthy porcelain earrings and pendants. We’ll use a variety of shapes, textures, and pigments to create and decorate each unique piece. No prior experience with clay necessary. Final pieces will be glazed and fired by instructor. Ages: 18+ (children 14 and older must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also registered for the class) Class Limit: 10 Students About the Instructor: Georgia Sparling is a podcast producer, writer, and ceramic artist from Southern Mississippi. Georgia began learning wheel-thrown pottery in 2017 and has since expanded to create porcelain jewelry under the moniker Patent Pending Ceramics. She enjoys using a variety of techniques and drawing inspiration from printmaking, her Southern surroundings, and her travels.
