About this event

Join the Old Barracks Museum for a special evening honoring Cate Litvack, recipient of the 2026 Beulah Oliphant Award, on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 4:30–6:30 pm. This year’s award will be presented posthumously, honoring Cate Litvack’s extraordinary legacy following her passing in 2025, and will be accepted by members of her family. The Beulah Oliphant Award recognizes an outstanding woman who has made significant contributions to the culture and traditions of New Jersey through historic preservation, education, or scholarship. Named in honor of Beulah Oliphant, a founding member of the Old Barracks Association, the award celebrates leadership, dedication, and lasting impact in the preservation of New Jersey’s history. The program will reflect on Cate Litvack’s remarkable achievements and enduring influence, followed by a reception at the Old Barracks Museum.
