Lovely couple now moved to Syracuse, NY Wedding at Chason Park (John to help initially, Cathy may be asked to as well) in booking venue with City. Setup (by agreement) Friday night (Jan. 15th) Reception and party Saturday eve Under 80 people I think (can't recall, will try to update) $2,500 ballroom, $250 suites each per night 2 suites, two nights with possible expansion of that for $100 per room (extra nights beyond Friday/Saturday) Want our house Jazz (Stephen's) band, connect them, they will discuss/cut deal independently No in depth talk of catering though I pitched Al. Worth Cathy discussing further Here's the meat and potatoes of the moola: Venue (Ballroom) Sat. Rental (Friday set up and reserve for that):    $2,500 Suites, $250 per X 2 nights    $1,000 (taxes/fees included, (any extra nights, front or back side of wedding date, $100 per night per room, no limit, taxes/fees included) Bartenders (ballroom): $60 per hour x 4 hours (includes 2 bartenders)    $240 Cleaning fee: $200 Mandatory Event insurance (don't hv to get it now but it's a new OPO policy) we can provide or you can get on your own: ~$100-150 Damage (refundable) deposit:    $500 Due at signing (50%):    $1,250 venue, $500 suites, all the rest of items can wait. Total of $1,75 Addendum: ~60 people Husband: Tyler Ballroom only BUT they are requesting that the mailroom speakeasy while not be privately rented be made available to them late at night so when their party is over at 10 or 11 o'clock, they would come down with their group or whatever remains of their group and join in the mail room the idea of being as the patrons leave they would and their party would stay until one or 2:00 AM. Alcohol service by law must stop at 2:30 so we're gonna be just fine.
