For our gathering, we’ll be cooking from the cookbook : A generous meal : modern recipes for dinner by Christine Flynn. "This will be a modern take on a traditional way of cooking, which highlights the usefulness and versatility of every day pantry items. The recipes will not be making exclusive use of pantry items, but will be using them as a springboard to creative, confident cooking. Recipe size will range from snacks to sides to entrees and desserts, and will be demarcated as such, with a suggested number of people typically ranging from 4-6. Helpful essays on sourcing, swaps and ingredient deep dives will be included.
