The Portland Chamber Music Festival is thrilled to present the East Coast debut of Elanei, a genre-defying chamber music supergroup inspired by the roots and cultural heritage of its members. Born from a sold-out collaboration at Carnegie Hall, Elanei (from the Greek word for light) is made up of violinist Nick Kendall of the two-time Grammy winning trio Time for Three, Catalan singer/songwriter/guitarist Lau Noah, and the Cuban-born composer and pianist Ahmed Alom.
