Yoga in the Galleries Overview Yoga in the Galleries blends art appreciation with mindful movement for a rejuvenating experience inside the Orlando Museum of Art. The session begins with a short Highlights Tour, offering participants a deeper connection to selected works before settling into a gentle yoga practice led by instructors from College Park Yoga. The galleries provide a peaceful, atmospheric setting that enhances focus, relaxation, and well-being, making this program ideal for both seasoned practitioners and beginners looking to unwind. At 4:30pm, yoga instructors from College Park Yoga guides the group through a gentle, grounding practice suitable for all levels. Surrounded by art, participants experience a peaceful blend of movement, breathwork, and visual inspiration. Please bring your own yoga mat; mats are not provided.
