In this hands-on class, students will learn how to bake cakes from scratch with confidence. Each participant will prepare, mix, and bake 3–4 individual cakes (6” x 3” layers), gaining a solid understanding of the full baking process from start to finish. We’ll cover ingredient selection, proper measuring techniques, mixing methods, and baking fundamentals to help ensure consistent, successful results at home. All ingredients will be provided, including eggs, flour, oil, and more. Each student will also receive a small batch of buttercream to take home. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build a strong foundation in cake baking.
