6:00 PM – 9:00PM CDT on Wed. Class activities include art anatomy presentations with active learning through quick sketch drawing from live models, video presentations and muscle and skeletal models. Topics covered include bone features, muscles of expression, facial features, proportions, perspective and aspect. Layman’s terms will augment or replace scientific terminology whenever possible. Class goals are for the student to learn head anatomy to contribute to improved accuracy in portraiture. Future classes will cover different sections of the body including: 1. Lower Extremity 2. Upper Extremity 3. Torso Special Notes The class will meet in our coach house studio (rear building).
