About this event
One of 28 upcoming events at Pangea Restaurant and Bar, and 7,298 across New York City.
BUY TICKETS Join tenor Mark Martinez for an evening off the opera clock. Trading arias for torch songs, he wanders from Nat King Cole to Chappell Roan, with Broadway favorites and maybe one aria for old times’ sake along the way. Expect a big voice, bigger feelings, and plenty of banter at his Pangea debut. Bio: Mark Martinez is a tenor who is equally at home in an opera house, a cabaret room, or a crowded gym with a phone propped on a weight rack. Trained in classical voice, he performs regularly with opera companies across the Northeast, and recent highlights include his Smithsonian debut and an appearance at Carnegie Hall. You may know him better as VMidRunner, the social media menace who sings pop ballads between sets at the gym, with videos reaching 200,000 views. Nobody asked for it, and yet here we are. “Tenor, Off Duty” is his first show at Pangea. VENUE DETAILS All Sales Are Final. No Refunds Pangea is New York’s iconic restaurant / cabaret dinner theater. All shows have a $20 food and/or beverage minimum per person (unless otherwise indicated on your ticket). Seating is communal. Other guests may be seated at the table. Tickets online are $20.
