BUY TICKETSA martini soaked, satirical cabaret, featuring original songs about the rise and rapid unraveling of a fictional Old Hollywood star, "Micki Maxwell". Join "Micki" as she revisits her seven year career alongside her trusty pianist, "Dimitri," until the glamour fractures, secrets surface, and the performance spirals into something far darker. Shayna Bezozo is the writer/star/creator of The Seven Year Bitch. She is a Los Angeles based writer/performer and classically trained singer. A graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts and The Groundlings, her work blends absurdist comedy with musical storytelling. A forgotten starlet picks up the mic one last time in The Seven Year Bitch, a new cabaret that careens from absurdist comedy to psychological unraveling and takes the audience’s cocktail hour down with it. Created by and starring Shayna Bezozo, The Seven Year Bitch follows Micki Maxwell, a washed-up Old Hollywood actress, as she revisits her whirlwind seven-year career alongside her longtime pianist, Dimitri (played by Jonathan Bernstein). Blending original lyrics by Bezozo with public domain melodies from the Great American Songbook, including works by George Gershwin, Irving Berlin, and other giants of the era, The Seven Year Bitch sits at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard, Fleabag and Oh Mary!: a fading-star story that\'s as funny as it os unsettling. “‘The Seven Year Bitch’ is a blonde bombshell of a show... Shayna Bezozo’s performance is an exercise in characterization, controlled physical comedy, and powerhouse vocals and stage presence... Bring your butterfly net and strap yourself in.”— Dan Ruth, Los Angeles Hidden Gems Instagram @thesevenyearbitchshowVenue details. All Sales Are Final.
