This 48.8-acre property consists of grasslands, forests, and wetlands, culminating in 1,320 feet of pristine shoreline with water access and amazing views of Mount Hope. Preservation of this special property will provide forever public access in this densely populated area of North Tiverton. The land trust will make a short presentation about the value of this special parcel of land just minutes from the VMHB community. You will also hear a personal anecdote from VMHB resident Paul Amaral, a lifelong resident of North Tiverton who has a special history with this piece of property. There will be opportunities to ask questions about Hicks Farm as well an any other Tiverton Land Trust properties.
