This is a one day stand alone workshop. We will complete a soft pastel painting together. Demo, personal assistance, all topics covered. Instructor: Linda Bice Adult & Teens – Minimum 2, maximum 8 Prerequisite: Intro to Soft Pastel Painting or some soft pastel experience Materials Fee: $20 payable to instructor (or bring all your own supplies including a variety of pastels and sanded paper) Description: This is a one-day stand-alone workshop. We will complete a Colorado landscape painting or a floral painting together. Instructor will teach through demo, discussion, examples and personal assistance. We will cover all the basics including perspective, value, color harmony, composition and interesting mark making. This will be a supportive and positive class emphasizing using your own voice to express your feelings and relax and enjoy the art of creating something beautiful. Please bring a lunch and we will take a short break to eat and enjoy each other’s company.
