Royal Rumble Resurrection

Get ready, Daytona Beach — Are Friends Electric is bringing three of the most legendary catalogs in music history to the historic Peabody Auditorium stage, and this is going to be a night like no other. This is not your typical tribute night. Royal Rumble Resurrection is a full-on celebration of the life and works of Prince, David Bowie, and Tom Petty — the songs, the energy, the pure joy of it all — performed live by one of the area’s most dynamic bands, complete with a live horn section, powerhouse background singers, and the kind of unexpected surprises and special moments you can only expect from a Steff McKee Production. Joining the night is very special guest vocalist Jimmy Gnecco, making this an evening that goes above and beyond anything Are Friends Electric has brought to the stage before. From Prince’s purple-soaked funk to Bowie’s otherworldly anthems and Tom Petty’s heartland rock classics, expect a high-energy, no-holds-barred musical celebration that honors the legacy of three of the greatest artists to ever walk the earth. Come for the music. Stay for the magic. This is a night Daytona Beach will be talking about for a long time.
