The Global Leadership Program, for high school students from grades 9 through 11, is designed to help teens and young adults become better students, college applicants, global citizens, and future leaders. Participants put their newly acquired skills to use working collaboratively on a service project of their choice, with proceeds donated toward Pearl S. Buck International’s mission and work. Students will have the opportunity to virtually meet a student from another country; they will also have the opportunity to visit the Pearl S. Buck House, engage in hands on learning, implement real life business tactics, and use a wide variety of technology and inter-personal skills. At the completion of the program, students and their families celebrate their success at a graduation and service project event, knowing that they have made a contribution to the world.
