Holiday Weaving Workshop with Jillian Lea

Create a woven decoration for the holiday season! In this class, students will learn foundational weaving skills and will use a pattern to create their own small woven wall hangings and the skills to make more. Students will use flatlooms and learn techniques including warping the loom, tabby stitch, making shapes, using patterns and templates, rya knots, and finishing methods. No weaving experience is necessary.
