The Haunted Library

When the lights go out, something strange is unleashed at Pequot Library. Join a small group for an after-hours tour through darkened rooms, shadowy stacks, and some of the library’s oldest collections—but beware what happens when an ancient book is opened and read aloud. Created and performed by teens especially for middle schoolers, The Haunted Library turns Pequot’s familiar spaces into a creepy, story-driven haunted house filled with eerie characters, unsettling surprises, and scares around every corner. Guests will enter the Haunted Library in groups of 4–5, with spooky activities and things to do in the auditorium before and after their tour. Come with friends—and see if you can make it out before whatever has been awakened finds you.
