Paper Making for Adults Date & Time: Sept 12 – 1:30-3PM Event Type: Adult Program Location: Education Barn Ages: 14 years old and up (participants under 18 require a paid chaperone) Fee: $12 per person Pre-registration Required. Description: Get your hands messy and your creativity flowing! In this fun, hands-on workshop, you’ll turn shredded paper and natural treasures from the Family Farmyard into your very own handmade paper. From leaves and petals to twigs and seeds, we’ll mix nature goodies with recycled scraps to craft one-of-a-kind creations. Come play with paper, explore the magic of upcycling, and leave with something beautifully unexpected! Be prepared to be outside for the entirety of the program. Questions? Directions to the Education Barn: Follow GPS directions to the Market at 15 Farm View Drive, New Gloucester, Maine. Continue past the Market on Farm View Drive and take your first left onto Valley Farm Rd. Follow Valley Farm Rd. until you see the Smokehouse Visitors Center (white silo) on the right-hand side. Take the right hand turn immediately after the Smokehouse down to the Family Farmyard. The Education Barn is the largest barn in the farmyard.
