Restorative Yoga & Mindful Self-Care Experience Join Dr. Pamela Nichols for a 90-minute Restorative Yoga experience designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional relaxation through deep breathing, intentional stillness, mindfulness, and classic yoga postures. Appropriate for all levels, this class is practiced at a slow, gentle pace with an emphasis on extended poses, breathwork, grounding, and relaxation. Modifications will be offered throughout the class to support individual needs and comfort levels. Register Here Sept 13 October Date Coming Soon Register Here Nov 15 As part of this restorative experience, participants will be guided through gentle self-massage and myofascial release techniques using a variety of wellness tools, including: • Guasha tools to help release tension • Cork massage balls for myofascial release • Relaxation roller tools to soothe stressed muscles and relieve pressure • Neck and shoulder traction tools to encourage shoulder relaxation • Bolsters and eye pillows for support and comfort • Organic massage cream to enhance the self-massage experience Essential oils may be diffused throughout the space, and each participant will receive an essential-oil-infused sachet to use at the beginning and end of the session as an additional sensory element to enhance relaxation. Participants with essential oil allergies or sensitivities should use discretion regarding this portion of the experience. Instructor Dr. Pamela Nichols brings more than 30 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and wellness professional. Her teaching style blends her lifelong love of dance, intuition, mindfulness, and a warm sense of humor to create a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment. Her training and certifications include 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) training, Mindfulness, Yin-Yang Yoga, Restorative Yoga, completion of Raja Yoga Training with Yoga Roots On Location, and is a Sound Healing Practitioner. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and use all wellness tools at their own discretion. Individuals with medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or concerns about participating in yoga, self-massage, traction, or the use of essential oils should consult with their physician or healthcare provider before participating. Come breathe. Slow down. Release tension. Restore your body and renew your mind.
