Frankie Yankovic Square is named (2007)

Cleveland named the intersection of Waterloo Road and East 152nd Street in Collinwood Frankie Yankovic Square, close to where he grew up. The honor followed a campaign by the National Cleveland-Style Polka Hall of Fame. On this day in 2007, 20 years ago.
