About Sarah Marshall Sarah Marshall is the owner of Marshall’s Haute Sauce and has been a longtime vendor at PSU Farmers Market. Since 2011, she has been crafting award-winning small-batch sauces and pantry items that capture the essence of Oregon’s agriculture. In addition to her culinary work, Sarah is a cookbook author, podcast host, and producer who feels happiest in her garden or at farmers markets. Sarah is passionate about preserving local food in innovative ways and enjoys empowering others through her classes. She loves connecting with her community and supporting other small businesses, farmers, and producers.
