Join Nikki, Kayla and Nicole for a blend of yoga, breath work, intention setting and tea ceremony. Yoga for abundance. Appreciation and gratitude through asana practice, focusing on breath work and intention. Allowing a shift from thinking to cultivating awareness of becoming whole. Yoga is to yoke the mind, body and breath into a union of abundance. 9D Breath work supports you in clearing what is not yours to carry, deepening self-trust, and opening to the abundance, renewal, and growth that are ready to meet you. Supported by immersive multidimensional sound, you’ll work with the deeper patterns around safety, worthiness, and receiving that influence how you respond to opportunity, desire, and change. As the stored tension begins to move, this experience helps you feel more aligned with your true desires, empowered in your actions, and supported in your next steps. Nicole will guide the journey, while Reiki and gentle touch are offered by the guides to support the body in relaxing, opening, and receiving.
