The Art of Mushrooms: Watercolor Workshop with Kim McNett Friday, September 4 from 5:30 – 7:30pm | $40 per person, $30 per member Join local naturalist-artist Kim McNett in this beginner-friendly workshop for teens and adults. We will create descriptive illustrations of local mushrooms and other fungi in mixed media working with live specimens. All supplies will be provided, or feel free to bring your own. No experience or artistic talent required! Online registration required. About the Artist: Living in Homer, Alaska, Kim McNett’s award-winning art promotes the education and conservation of wild nature.
