Holiday-Themed Charcuterie Class

Holiday Charcuterie Class at Prime Vine Winery Build a Board Worth Bringing to the Party Date: Thursday, December 3, 2026 Time: 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM Price: $45 per person Reservations required.* Secure your spot online. December fills up fast. Before the office party, the open house, and the inevitable “can you bring something?” text, give yourself one evening that’s all yours. Join us at Prime Vine Winery for our Holiday Charcuterie Class, where Kerri walks you through building a board that looks as festive as it tastes, one layer at a time. With a glass of Prime Vine wine in hand, you’ll learn how to balance salty and sweet, soft and crunchy, and how to arrange it all so the board practically sets the table for you. Kerri will share the small touches that make a board feel like the holidays, along with the pairing logic behind every bite. Why does a creamy, buttery cheese sing next to Venture Chardonnay? Why does cured salami want something with a little more backbone, like Vine 93? You’ll leave knowing the answer, and knowing how to build a board around the bottle you’re bringing. The best part: your finished creation goes home with you on an exclusive Prime Vine Winery cutting board, yours to keep. Serve it at your next gathering, or tuck the cutting board under the tree for someone who’d appreciate it. All materials are included. Just bring a friend and an appetite. Seats are limited and December evenings go quickly. Tickets go on sale Saturday, October 17th, 2026. *We hope you love your purchase! As a reminder, all sales are final and non-refundable.
