We’ll move through simple standing and seated postures, connect breath with movement, and take time to pause and notice. The class closes with a short rest and quiet reflection, leaving you grounded and supported for the evening ahead. All bodies and experience levels are welcome. About the instructor: Tiffany Hansen has been practicing yoga since 2008. She is an RYT-200 and holds Yin Yoga Level 1 and 2 certifications. Her teaching emphasizes grounding, presence, and creating spaces rooted in care and trust.
