weekly PS1 Yoga Collective class $16 drop-in or purchase an 8-class pass for $100 with Tiffany Hansen Grounded Hatha Yoga: This Friday evening Hatha class offers a steady, accessible practice to help you transition out of the week. We’ll move through simple standing and seated postures, connect breath with movement, and take time to pause and notice. The class closes with a short rest and quiet reflection, leaving you grounded and supported for the evening ahead. All bodies and experience levels are welcome. About the instructor: Tiffany Hansen has been practicing yoga since 2008. She is an RYT-200 and holds Yin Yoga Level 1 and 2 certifications. Her teaching emphasizes grounding, presence, and creating spaces rooted in care and trust.
