Please join us for an all-levels, beginner-friendly yoga class! The invitation for our practice will be to explore the body and breath as living art in motion. Surrounded by the art in the gallery, we will connect to the inner artist within all of us with the shapes we create with our body, the embodiment and expression of our experience, and the fluidity of our movements. This practice will invite you to stretch and strengthen your body as you create shapes with your body as a form of artful self expression and loving self care. The invitation for class is to always honor the inner artist within you and your own unique body. Please take my instructions as an offering/option, while honoring that your own creativity, wisdom, and body is the ultimate teacher. Your self expression is welcome here! Please honor your unique expression, follow the impulses of your own body, and respect your personal needs/limitations and abilities. You are the artist of your practice. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle to stay hydrated 🙂 *While all ages are welcome, this is not a children’s centered yoga class. Please be responsible for any minors/children that you may bring to participate in practice with us and be respectful to our shared space. Children are welcome as long as they can remain on their mat and do not interfere with other student’s ability to participate in class safely and peacefully. Meet the teacher: Hi, I’m Rylee Snow! I have been practicing yoga since 2014. I am certified to teach Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and other yogic modalities. I am always continuing my education and devotion to developing my yoga practice physically, philosophically, spiritually, and academically. I believe that yoga is not only beneficial for your physical health and fitness, but yoga can also be a deeply healing experience for many practitioners. Yoga offers us a space to connect with ourselves on a mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical level. Connecting with ourselves both in breath and body in a loving and present way supports the mind-body connection and creates a space for deep integration, release, and expansion. I am a certified Trauma Informed yoga teacher and am pursuing my certification as a Somatic Healing yoga practitioner. I offer my classes as a safe space for all to spend time with their body in a loving and compassionate way, finding harmony between strengthening & stretching, activity & rest, resilience & gentleness. I hope my classes will be like honey for your heart, nourishment for your nervous system, and bliss for your body. I hope you’ll practice with me!

Keep exploring
