Community Activities & Events The Fort Leonard Wood Lions Club will host a Missouri Lions Eye Mission Foundation event in Pulaski County to provide Free vision screening, frames, and lenses on a limited space first come, first served appointments and walk-ins. The Waynesville Waypoint United Methodist Church will be open for those in need on Saturday, November 14, 2026.
