CSN (Community Services Network) is teaming up with IRCO and the Coalition of Community Health Clinics to bring you the Fall Community Health Fair, a free event for the whole family. Whether you're looking to connect with local health resources, learn about nonprofit and utility bill discount programs, or just enjoy an afternoon of food and fun with your neighbors, there's something here for everyone. What to expect: Free health and wellness resources and screenings, nonprofit resources, bill discount program information, health, winter preparedness resources, a yummy lunch, facepainting and family-friendly activities, and raffle prizes & giveaways.
