About this event

Date & Time: Sunday, June 28, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Location: Ralph Myhre Golf Course, Vermont Event: FREE and Open to the Public Join us on the patio for a special Sunday Session with singer-songwriter Bobby Sheehan, whose music is steeped in the folk traditions of New England and shaped by a life surrounded by melody and storytelling. Originally from western Maine, Bobby grew up in a family where guitars were passed around like heirlooms and the songs of Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, and John Prine were the soundtrack of every gathering. Though he initially resisted music, a high school guitar class sparked a passion that quickly grew from Beatles covers to a deep love of songwriting. Bobby went on to form the band Junco, releasing two LPs and an EP that found their way into venues across New England. Now based in the Upper Valley, Bobby continues to perform regularly across Vermont and New Hampshire, bringing a rich catalog of original songs and thoughtful, heartfelt lyrics to each performance. His music has earned regional acclaim, including multiple appearances on the Cold River Radio Show, a win in WMWV’s “Local Song of the Year” contest, and opening sets for artists like Carbon Leaf and Ryan Montbleau. Settle in with a drink, enjoy the breeze, and let Bobby’s warm, introspective style carry you through a perfect Sunday evening. As always, Sunday Sessions are free and open to all—we’ll see you on the patio.
