NYRR Summer Speed Series Championships

NYRR Summer Speed Series: Get ready for the 2026 NYRR Summer Speed Series at Icahn Stadium on Randall’s Island. Chase fast times on a state-of-the-art 400-meter Mondo track and test your speed across a full lineup of events. Whether you’re competing, trying something new, or racing with friends, this is your moment to shine under the stadium lights. Race Details Participation in the Championships is by qualification only, based on event performances recorded during meets 1–3 of the NYRR Summer Speed Series. Athletes qualify using their best time or mark in each event, and the top performers in each discipline will be invited to compete. Championship races will be organized as seeded final heats, with awards presented to top finishers by gender in every event. Invited participants will also receive a special championship registration package. Schedule of Events: Coming soon. The event will conclude with a Distance Medley Relay, organized on site to cap off the competition. Spectators Are Invited!
