Browse All Events November 2, 2026 RASM CERTIFICATION: Certified Waterfront Specialist (CWS) Date: November 2, 2026 Time: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Location: Show map RASM North 2901 Manatee Ave, West Bradenton, Florida 34205 Registration Details 1. Complete RASM's 7.5 Hour Class and earn a score of 70 or more on the written exam. 2. Complete Application and submit Application fee ($20). 3. To qualify for the certification, an applicant must have 2 qualifying waterfront transactions within 24 months (either before or after taking the class). Upon completion, the certified agent will receive the following benefits: - Use of the CWS (Certified Waterfront Specialist) acronym, name, and logo. - Access to RASM's waterfront resources. - Name listed in the RASM's CWS database. Instructed By: Erin Christy and Denise Oyler Cost: $30 Members / $125 Non Members Passport Subscribers Free No CE HRS Due to the high demand for this class and the long waitlist, anyone not canceling with 24 hours notice will be charged a $125 no show fee.
