Daffodil Day is a decades-old tradition in Summit, when visitors to the Arboretum have the opportunity to enjoy one of the largest daffodil collections in New Jersey—over 50,000 bulbs in bloom in the Arboretum’s glacially carved Daffodil Bowl! The day’s activities include spring-themed games and crafts, a story trail, music, food, market vendors, our current art exhibit, and, of course, the Green Goats. Staggered entry times are available at 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm. Please be sure to sign up for your preferred time slot, as changes will be based on availability. Advanced ticket purchase is required. This event is rain or shine. No refunds. Member registration begins Tuesday, February 24 at 9:00 am. Non-member registration begins Tuesday, March 10 at 9:00 am. Member Price (children under age 3): Free | Non-Member Price: $15 Please note: registration for Family-level members is limited to immediate family only. Individual and Senior-level members are entitled to one entry, and Dual-level members are entitled to two entries. Parking reminder: The Arboretum parking lot will be closed during this event, but on-street parking is available. Please adhere to all posted parking signs and allow ample time for parking and walking to the Arboretum. Bicycle racks are also available if you choose to bike over! Questions? Please contact Marilyn Wirtz at 908-273-8787 ext. 1010 or m.wirtz@reeves-reedarboretum.org. Please consider donating to the Daffodil Bowl.
