As we transition from summertime into more autumnal vibes, there's no better spirit to do it with than our Reserve Pear Brandy! Made with a single varietal, this barrel aged spirit really showcases the ripeness of fruit while gaining warmth from spending time in new American Oak barrels. This is also one of our tasting room exclusives, so you'll have to pop in to score a taste or bottle. . We bring in up to 40,000 pounds of pears per year from small farms in Michigan - which we chop, ferment, distill, before leaving them to rest in the barrels for 18 months. This spirit can take you everywhere from a refreshing Pear Paloma to a supper fine Old Fashioned, and we definitely don't shy away from sipping this buddy solo around a fire pit.
