ABOUT THE HEAD AND THE HEART: The Head and the Heart are an American indie folk band from Seattle known for warm harmonies and heartfelt songwriting. Formed in 2009, they broke out with classics like “Rivers and Roads,” “Lost in My Mind,” “Honeybee,” and “All We Ever Knew.” Their sixth studio album, Aperture (2025), features all the elements of their signature vibe: soaring group harmonies, heart-on-sleeve lyrics, bright acoustic textures, and anthemic crescendos that feel built for communal singalongs. The band recently joined Brandi Carlile and The Lumineers on tour, and less than a month after their performance in Ridgefield, The Head and The Heart will headline a performance at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater.
