A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your spirit and help to heal your mind and body. We invite guests to bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or blanket as well as any pillows, blocks and bolster they may need to be comfortable.
