Yoga in the Park

@ Join Sol Spirit Yoga & Wellness for Yoga in the Park, an open-level and donation-based class suitable for all! All donations will benefit our local community farmers market and the park. Each week, an experienced Sol Spirit instructor will guide you through a thoughtful and energizing practice. Walk-ins are welcome, but please register in advance whenever using the link below. Sol Spirit Yoga & Wellness is a community-focused studio in Jersey City Heights, proudly serving the neighborhood since 2021. Opening shortly after the closure of Sattva Yoga, Sol Spirit has continued to hold space and be of service to the local community. This boutique-style studio offers a warm and inclusive environment for students of all levels, with smaller class sizes that allow for personalized attention and support. Classes are led by experienced local teachers who are not only instructors, but neighbors and friends, deeply connected to the community they serve. Sol Spirit has been voted Best Yoga Studio in Jersey City three years in a row (2023, 2024, 2025).
