Dinner Selections Catered by Donovan's Steak & Ale Roasted beef tenderloin topped with charred onion bordelaise sauce, served with roasted potatoes and root vegetable blend Half-stuffed butternut squash with white rice, roasted seasonal vegetables, and a fall-time vinaigrette (vegan and gluten-free) All entrees come with a fall-time salad with sliced apples, candied walnuts, red onions, fried goat cheese, and mixed greens tossed with a vinaigrette (infused with In-Law Brewing Company's craft beer).
