Welcome to Yoga on the Lawn! Join us for a relaxing outdoor yoga session at Caya Massage and Wellness. Take a break from your busy schedule and unwind in the fresh air surrounded by nature. We are honored to be working with Rachel from RealBeautifulYOU who will guide you through a rejuvenating yoga practice suitable for all levels. Don't forget to bring your mat, any desired props, and water bottle.
