Fire up your taste buds at Fiesta del Fuego. This four-course pairing dinner brings together bold flavors and thoughtfully selected Rohrbach beers. The menu takes its cues from vibrant Latin flavors, weaving together fresh, smoky, savory, and sweet flavors from the first course to the last. THE MENU Course 1 • Avocado Ensalada spring mix and romaine, avocado, cucumber, cherry tomato, red onion, shaved radish, crumbly queso fresco, toasted pepitas with a lime vinaigrette Paired with TBA Course 2 • Chorizo Queso Dip with tortilla chips Paired with TBA Course 3 • Birria Tacos served with Spanish rice, elote, and consumé for dipping Paired with TBA Course 4 • Wood-Fired Churros with chocolate and caramel sauce dippings Paired with TBA Menu is subject to change.
