Cooking & Knife Skills 101 Class Join Chef Brian for a cooking class featuring a number of basic cooking & knife techniques, plus a tasty meal! Chef Brian will lead this class, teaching you all about basic knife skills, how to make a crowd-pleasing, classic whole Roasted Chicken (and how to break it down), Roasted Vegetables, the perfect rice, and a decadent Chocolate Brownie dessert! After the class is complete, enjoy the meal in our new (climate controlled!) dining room.
